1)Jason Statham-I feel that he plays the cliche tough guy…you know the guy who has a mean face through the whole movie.Statham is also no action hero…when putting him next to someone like Arnold swarchenegger who although wasn’t the best actor was however very fun with his one liners.If you put on paper you would see that Statham is another Vin Diesel.

2)Michael Cera-Hey have you seen that movie with Michael Cera where he plays a awkward teen?…uhh isn’t that all his movies?Yes
Every time he does a new movie he plays the same character,and yet he is so popular.I mean movies like Juno which is “Supposedly really good”but it’s obvious that they don’t live up to my hypse when i see that they casted Cera in there film.

3)Robert Pattison-You know im a bit annoyed by this guy,it’s not like anyone really knew him before twilight.He is just female eye candy,a male Miley Cyrus.Instead of giving more popularity to Kristen Stewart,Pattison is there to overshadow her.

4)Michelle Rodriguez-You know i did have a major crush on her when i was younger.She was my favorite back then.But as I got older and her fame decresed,I relized that she is again…”The same in every movie“.Exmple:
Fast and the Furious:Plays a female who who is a tough chick and…pretty mcuh.She’s “tough”
Resident Evil:A female Stars member who her is a tough female who kills zombies.
Swat:Really do i need to explain anymore?!
Plus she has this thig with her voice,at times she seems like she says a line but its sounds robotic and has the same tone in every expression.

5)Megan fox-Seems like she is just eye candy.Plus the roles that she is in seem like you can’t take them serious.No real acting just sex appeal.

Why are there so many people that believe “getting an agent” is the answer to their dreams?

I’m a working/experienced actor (female) in NYC. I am now over 40-years-old and have been acting since the age of eight (8).

Many experienced people here, on the YahooANSWERS boards keep telling young people to “get an agent” when they express their wish to be ‘famous actors and actresses.”

Really?

Reality time, my friends. Let’s make this forum a service. Agents do not come when you are living in your small towns, still in school and haven’t even done a school play; or even if you have.

Agents are like employment agencies for secretaries. You go in and take a test based on your experience. And when you approach a secretarial agency, you take a typing test and computer software tests based on your former experiences BEFORE you had this agency.

Thus, just like the secretarial business, or any business. You learn the business FIRST. You do school plays, you get your education (basic/required), actors really need great reading skills (you’ll read a lot of scripts), you need as much experience as you can get your hands on . . .
School plays
College plays
Community Theatre plays (right there in your small town)
You need to learn: Business (general business)
Acting Technique
Improv
Stage (helps a lot)

You learn and do all of this without an agent. And even us who have degree’s in Theatre, have acted in over forty productions on stage, been in student films, etc., etc. do most of that without an agent.

Even established NY and LA actors (not movie star famous, just us hacks who play the best friend or nosy neighbor) — sometimes do NOT have an agent. You can find some acting jobs in papers such as “Backstage” or “Backstage West”, etc.

If it were quick and easy, my friends, we’d all have William Morris Agency and be making blockbuster films. That is not the reality.

So, my question: Why do you believe that “getting an agent” is the answer to your dreams?

What horror movie is this?

Ok this is the best I’m going to be able to explain it so bear with me.

From what I remember around 1-2 years ago watching this movie at my grandparents house on On-Demand, the movie came out in 2004-2006 can’t remember. And here is the plot from what I remember: The main star is a kid in high school that is suppose to do a project (English I think), and he does a video project on what his home life is like. But of course he doesn’t show who they really are: from what I remember they find humans (females from what I remember) and feed them to this beast behind this door. From the start of the movie there is this girl that in this basement running for her life, and this beast is behind a locked door with lots of locks, and breaks out and I guess eats her, but you don’t see it, and then the movie starts. And from that I guess they move to somewhere else.

Please if someone could do some research or if someone knows about this movie please tell because when I saw it I was young and dumb so I didn’t find out what the name of the movie was, and now I’m trying to seek out what the movie is. Because I thought it was a cool horror movie.

Note: from what I remember (hopefully it helps and hopefully this is what I’m truly remembering) the name of the movie started with the letter ‘C’ ; hopefully that helps somehow.

And as I said I can’t really explain it that well.

Hot Porn Star’s Name?

Does anyone know the name of a female porn star who acts with a guy called Brian Pumper. I don’t remember the name of the movie, but i do know that she acts as a reporter and he’s an athlete being interviewed by her in the locker room …after 5 mins of talk they engage in “you know what”!! She not at all young, she’s more on the ‘mature’ side…milf category, i guess!

Why do people watch pornography?

The other day I was browsing on the internet and I came across a porn site, curiosity led me in and I was shocked about what i discovered. One of the porn stars now reformed wrote an article in which she describes the hell that women experience when making these movies, and i saw that first hand. The male porn star literally forced the female porn star to suck his organ to a point where she began to throw up and even then it wasn’t sufficient to stop, because as she threw up he continued to fondle her and act in a very abrupt manner. Further on in the site, there were young girls that were sexually involved with these really older men. Now let me be honest, I was very intrigued by porn but only because sex is something new to me and in many instances I allowed my curiosity to get the better, that was until I got this revelation. If any one can please tell me, maturely, why is it that we live in a generation where sexuality and the exploration thereof has become the norm, and in the process, women and children are being exploited to satisfy our lustful desires. I’m as guilty of it as the rest of the 98% of people that find refuge in watching it and I therefore have no grounds to sit on my high horse and condemn others for doing it. My simple question is why do people continue watching it when they know that its not made favorably on all parties concerned.
